Yes, I do not write about it all, for one reason: unfortunately, today, all (or almost all) of summer schools and programs are focused on Europe, but does not have a choice of similar programs in Asia. I will not go away - Please, decent well-coordinated programs or summer schools, such as in neighboring Russia (first of all I apologize if such programs do exist to inform countries of selected college students)? And it is this country is incredibly interesting to me and that is where I spent my summer.

Despite the lack of the necessary programs in Russia, this year went from the cultural capital of Ukraine (Lviv), the cultural capital of the Russian Empire (Saint Petersburg). Came back with a stack of impressions, emotions, pictures, postcards, booklets, manuals, souvenirs and new friends (sorry, that friends and souvenirs in one associative string). Really very beautiful city and the majestic pompous, old, interesting and mysterious, dreamy and melancholy, nostalgic reason, elegant and smart ...

word, as you already knew the number of prepositions, the trip was successful, rich and interesting. However, with the aesthetic of a screen you can easily see the home uniform of the Stalinist type, display cases and signs with the Sovietization and many other parts of echoes-soviet time. Thus, the impressions of the reality of two kinds: on the one hand - this city of great beauty water with boats and Kreisler, drawbridges and fashionable royal seals and parks. And on the other - this is only the eternal city of tourists (all streets and historic sites of St. Petersburg crowded with tourists at any time and day of week), a city of expensive limousines and independent individuals against the gray of the majority (daily've seen a dozen luxury limousines at the most unexpected places Petersburg), migrant workers-builders of the city (which is a shame, many of them - the Ukrainians), the city-scoop, the city-souvenir ...

However, the mention of time spent in this city is definitely a positive, so I hope that my trip to St. Petersburg is not the last. It is hoped that next year it will be more productive in terms of education, through developing to an international summer programs. And I found a very convenient and cheap apartments inapartments in St. Petersburg. The price was even cheaper than if you were shooting at us in Lviv.

As already wrote, visited St. Petersburg in the summer, so at first was very upset, that will not be able to see Shevchenko described the white nights of St. Petersburg. Everyone chooses his own version: who adapts to the tune of the world, who clearly demonstrated their individuality, who follows the exploits of Napoleon Bonaparte, who is mean-spirited by apostle Judas, who naively fights with windmills or their loved Esmeralda, who unselfishly imitating Mother Teresa, and who does not better for Stalin or Hitler. What I am is everything? In spite of all diversity in language, race, blood, skin color, eye shape, mentality, character, behavior and way of life we have in common is that we're all human. Yeah, maybe it sounds corny, they say, also my bank. But why do we behave is not like human beings, each animal showing times brighter than "tolerance" and destructive habits?
